Frequently Asked Questions About Flyer Printing
General
What sizes do you offer for flyer printing?
Most flyers are printed on 8.5 x 11 paper, but custom sizes are available. We can print smaller handouts or larger formats depending on your project needs.
What paper and finishes work best for flyers?
Gloss text paper is the most popular choice because it delivers rich color and a smooth, professional feel. Uncoated stock is the best budget option and gives your flyer a more natural texture that’s easy to write on. Heavier cover stocks can also be used when you want a more durable or premium look.
Do you offer single and double-sided flyers?
Yes. Single-sided flyers are ideal for quick handouts, while double-sided flyers and sales sheets give you twice the space for your message and branding.
Design & File Setup
Can you help design my flyer?
Absolutely. We offer custom flyer design services to match your branding and goals. If you already have a design, we can review it for print readiness before production.
What are the file setup requirements?
Set your document to the full flat size, including .125″ bleeds on all sides. Keep important text and images at least .125″ from the trim edge to avoid cutting. We recommend a minimum of .25″ margins from the page edge. Accepted formats include PDF, AI, PSD, and high-resolution JPGs.
Can you print from Canva or Microsoft Word files?
Yes, but you will need to convert your file to a print-ready PDF and confirm layout and image quality. This helps prevent alignment or resolution issues. We will preflight your file and let you know if there are any issues before your flyer job is sent to press.
Printing & Turnaround
How long does flyer printing take?
Most flyer print jobs are ready within 2–3 business days. Need it faster? We offer same-day printing as well as 24-hour printing services.
Do you offer rush flyer printing?
Yes. Rush or same-day turnaround is available. Contact us with your deadline, and we’ll confirm what’s possible.
Do you offer delivery?
Yes. We can deliver your printed flyers directly to your business or ship them to any location.
Quality & Value
What’s the difference between a flyer and a sales sheet?
Flyers are designed for quick distribution and broad awareness, while sales sheets are more detailed and often used in B2B settings or presentations. Both can be printed on the same high-quality stock for a professional result.
What’s the minimum quantity for flyer printing?
Our minimum is 25 flyers for digital printing, with price breaks as quantities increase. Offset printing becomes more cost-effective for quantities of 250 and up.
Can I see a proof before printing?
Yes. Every flyer job includes the option to see a digital proof for your approval. Physical proofs are available upon request.
