How a Strategic Sales & Capabilities Brochure Helped Baker Recovery Communicate Its Process to Lenders

When financial institutions assign an asset recovery company, they need to understand how the process works, how assets are protected, and how documentation is handled. For companies like Baker Recovery, those conversations often happen during sales meetings with lenders and financial decision makers.

Blueleaf Creative partnered with Baker Recovery to develop a company sales and capabilities brochure designed to support those conversations. The goal was to create a clear, professional marketing piece that explains the company’s services, operational workflow, and commitment to secure asset handling.

The finished brochure presents Baker Recovery’s services, certifications, and recovery process in a format that lenders can quickly understand. A custom eight-step workflow graphic illustrates how assignments move from intake through final billing, helping stakeholders see the company’s structured operational approach at a glance.

Benefit-focused copywriting played a major role in the project. Headlines and supporting text translate operational procedures into outcomes lenders care about, such as faster recoveries, clear documentation, and improved visibility throughout the process.

The brochure was designed to function in both printed and digital environments. Printed copies are used during sales meetings and vendor introductions, while an interactive digital version can be shared through email or downloaded from the company’s website.

The printed version also includes a QR code that links directly to the Baker Recovery contact page, allowing lenders to quickly connect with the company after reviewing the brochure.

Together, these elements create a marketing asset that supports real sales conversations while reinforcing Baker Recovery’s professional brand.
